What does your project availability look like?
For some of my customers I have blocked certain days in the week. Therefore, I can usually only offer you 2 man-days / 16 hours per week.
However, projects / audits that I can work on without communicating with a team get attention on weekends too.
What does the initial consultation cost?
Nothing, obviously.
